Cannabis Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients - Cannabis cheesecake brownies
  • 8 tablespoons semi-solid pot butter
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cannabis flour
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 gram of very finely ground cannabis
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a 8-inch square pan with foil. Mist with non-stick spray
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt the pot butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and mix in the sugar and eggs.
  4. Mix in the cannabis flour, cocoa powder and salt, then the vanilla and chocolate chips.Pour mixture into greased pan 
  5. In a separate bowl mix together the cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar, cannabis and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture in eight drops across the top of the brownie mixture, then take a spatula and swirl the cream cheese mixture with the chocolate batter.
  7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.Let cool, then lift out the foil and peel it away.
Note - These Cannabis cheesecake brownies can be kept in a air tight container for a couple days. The Cannabis cheesecake brownies can also be frozen.
