Grandma's Boy #1
This movie starts off with Alex who is forced to move out of his home when his roommate spends the rent money. Alex then tries living with his friend Dante but can't as he is adopting a wild lion. He then spends the night with one of his co-workers Jeff, who still lives with his parents, but has to leave shortly after, as he had an embarrassing encounter with Jeff's mom when she caught his masturbating in the bathroom and ejaculates on her. Now Alex is forced to stay with his grandma and her two friends.Alex finds it hard to get anything done as the three women are always a constant distraction between asking him to do chores and him trying to finish the game he is making called "Demonik". When asked by his co-workers, why Alex is so tired he attempts to sound cool and says that he's staying with three hot babes and cant get anything done because their wearing him out in the bedroom. Later in the movie Alex is forced to take all his co-workers back to his place when Jeff refuses to use the restaurant washroom. Now things really spiral out of control as his co-workers meet the "hot babes" that are really his grandma and her two friends. Then he finds out that they drank all of his pot so he calls up his friend Dante and have a party.
J.P. shows up at Alex's grandma's house a couple nights later in tears, feeling bad for him, Alex lets him borrow his only copy of "Demonik" To get back at Alex for making his life miserable J.P. steals the game and tries to pass it off as his own at work.Alex's boss doesn't believe him when he insists the game is his, so his friends call his grandmother to the office. Because she has mastered the game already, she plays J.P. and wins to prove it belongs to Alex.

Pineapple Express
Dale Denton is a lazy court-process clerk and also a stoner. Saul Silver is also equally lazy and is Dales dealer. Saul likes the think of Dale as one of his good friends but Dale just thinks of him as his dealer and nothing else. Dale goes to Saul's house one evening to get some marijuana and Saul gives him this new rare strain called "Pineapple Express". Afterwards Dale goes to drug lords Ted Jones' house to serve him papers but instead he witnesses Ted and his girlfriend Carol ,who is a corrupt police officer, murdering the competition. Dale tries to quickly get away but ends up making a scene and throws the roach out the window when Ted and Carol come outside to deal with the witness they find the roach and realize its his rare strain "Pineapple Express" and he only sold it to one dealer and that was Saul's dealer.
Dale runs back to Saul's apartment and tells him what he saw and they then realize that the roach could be traced back to Saul's place so they quickly flee the apartment. Dale and Saul go through a series of events from here on with running away from Teds hit-men Mathewson and Budlofsky. They eventually get captured and are at Ted's lair which is a underground grow-op. Just when you think things are about to take a turn for the worst, the rival Asian drug gang attacks the barn to avenge the death of the guy that Ted had killed. It ends with Dale carrying Saul out of a burning barn and them going to a diner, where Saul's grandma then takes them to the hospital.

Determined to find out the true effects of marijuana on the human body, stand-up comedian and former Stoner of the Year Doug Benson documents his experience avoiding pot for 30 days and then consuming massive amounts of marijuana for 30 days. In the first 30 days when Doug doesn't smoke marijuana he undergoes a 6 different tests to evaluate the before and after. These tests include a psychic test to test his psychic abilities, an S.A.T test, Mini-Mental status review, Lung capacity, sperm count and change in weight. Doug originally made a joke in one of his stand up acts saying "If there's a movie called Super Size Me about a guy who ate McDonald's every day, why couldn't there be this movie called Super High Me, where I smoke pot every day" but his filmmaker friend, Michael Blieden saw the potential in the movie and decided to make a movie about it. Below we show Doug's scores he got on the tests sober and high.
This movie made our number 3 in our selection of top 10 best stoner movies because this is a great movie to watch and its also educational. During the film Doug visits activists including the famous Marc Emery. He also visits medical marijuana dispensaries and other places related to marijuana. This is one good top 10 best stoner movie.

Up In Smoke
Now this movie here every stoner in the world should have seen if not, then you must be living under a rock. This movie starts with Anthony ( Tommy Chong ) having a fight with his parents and leaving in his Volkswagen which later breaks down and he fakes being a girl and hitchhikes. Pedro ( Cheech Marlin) picks him up believing he is a girl and was disappointed but decides to give him a ride anyways. Then we see the all famous scene where Chong pulls out the famous joint. They then are so stoned they don't even realize that they stopped driving and a police officer arrests them after he realizes they are stoned. You then see them in the courtroom where you see Chong take the judges water basin for a drink but he spits it out realizing its vodka, therefore they case was dismissed as the judge was drinking. Later in the movie they visit Cheech's cousin strawberry. While Cheech is out with his cousin Strawberry his house that Chong was waiting at gets raided luckily Chong was not inside when this happened.
Later in the movie the duo get deported back to Mexico where they agree to drive a truck made of marijuana back to the US. Things spiral out of control when Sgt. Stedenko knows about the truck and goes on a wild goose chase for it. When he finally finds it Cheech and |Chong are performing at the battle of the bands and Sgt Stedenko and his co-workers are refused entry. He then finds the truck while outside and arrests the men that came to get it but things turn funny when the truck has "fibreweed" smoke coming from the tailpipe and everyone in close proximity then becomes stoned and gets a case of the serious munchies. The movie ends with Cheech and Chong winning the battle of the bands for their awesome performance.
Number 5 and a great stoner movie
Dazed And Confused
This movie has stars soon to be famous actors like Mathew McConaughay, Ben Affleck, Renee Zellweger, Adam Goldberg and Jason London. The year is 1976 and its the last day of school for everyone at Lee high school in Austin, Texas and the soon to be seniors for next year are going around initiating the freshmen. The boys are to get the "Paddle" which all the guys make at school for this one day event. The girls get rounded up like animals then have mustard , ketchup and other condiments thrown on them, then are forced to propose to the older boys that are they. Randall more commonly known as "Pink" who is the schools star football player, refuses to sign the pledge that he will refrain from drinking and doing drugs, as he believes it violates his individuality and beliefs. The keg party that was suppose to happen at one of the guys house gets cancelled once his parents realize what he is up to when the delivery guy shows up early with the keg. The party then gets moved to a vacant field where everyone including the nerds comes.
When the morning comes they decide to smoke marijuana on the football field. The police arrive on the scene, so they ditch the drugs. Recognizing Pink, the police call the football Coach Conrad lectures Pink about hanging out with "losers" and insists that he sign the pledge but he is not going to sign the pledge and throws the pledge into the coach's face. The movie ends with Pink leaving with his friends to get tickets to an Aerosmith concert.
Number 6
How High
This movie won the Stony award for being the years best stoner movie. This film stars rappers Method Man and Redman who play two underachieving stoners Silas and Jamal. They meet when they are both in their cars and one doesn't have a blunt wrap and the others weed got blown away, from here they became friends. When Silas friend Ivory dies after being hit by a bus after being on fire and falling out the window, Silas uses his ashes as fertlizer to one of his many pot plants. Silas names this plant Ivory after his late friend. When Silas goes to take his THC test (testing for higher credentials) this is when he meets Jamal and they smoke Ivory. Shortly after smoking Ivory appears in the backseat. With Ivory helping them with their answers to the test they both get perfect scores.
They start attending Harvard University and smoke there way through school with Ivory helping them most of the way until the security guard finds the plant and smokes it all. The duo now is faced with studying really hard or being kicked out as Ivory was no longer around to help with the answers. Towards the end of the movie Jamal and Silas make this giant homemade bong where they dig up Benjamin Franklin' remains and put them in. They take this giant contraption to the Harvard alumni meeting and light it up where everyone in the room gets high and can see Ivory and Benjamin Franklin. This demonstration earns Jamal and Silas the right to stay at Harvard.
Stoner movie 7
Puff, Puff, Pass
Larry and Rico are two stoners who live in a one room apartment, together they decide to start a tiny classified ads business after watching an entire infomercial about it. They later get evicted from the apartment by landlord Lance for not paying their rent. The duo are devasted as that night they were going to watch The Shawshank Redemption and now dont have an apartment or even worse cable. They eventually end up at a rehab facility as they read a brochure saying they had cable televison but they quickly realize that their is no cable. After they hook up with a two girls from the rehab and messing around with the other patients they get kicked out of the rehab facility.
Later they go visit Big Daddy who mistakes them as the two guys that his girlfriend has hired to sell his beloved "Indian Head Pennies" which are very valuable. When they go to the bus station to drop them off to the buy "Cool Crush Ice Killa" they realize they forgot them in Larry's car and run off with the money which Ice Killa is chasing after them. Towards the end Big Daddy realizes that his girlfriend and Ice Killa were planning on stealing them and running off together. Big Daddy asks Larry and Rico to work for him in his investment in beachfront property in Nicaragua. The movie ends with Lance the landlord yelling at his new tenants for late rent and then Larry and Rico come on the television talking about their new fortunes when the new stoners yell Nicaragua, Lance grabs their joint and takes a hit in complete disbelief.
Number 8
Half Baked
This movie is based around 4 stoners Thurgood, Kenny, Scarface and Brian. After a night of getting high after thurgood was given weed from the lab that he works as a janitor for, they send Kenny out to get munchies for everyone but things turn for the worse when Kenny accidently kills Buttercup, a diabetic polic horse. Kenny is arrested and thrown in jail and his friends are decide to steal the weed from the lab and sell it to raise money to bail their friend out of jail before the other inmates get to him. They disguise their buisness as an annoymonous Mr Nice Guy
Soon Samson Simpson, a powerful drug lord, realizes that his buisness is being lost to them and threatens to kill them if they dont give him 20 grand a week to make up for his lost money.Later on Thurgood gets caught stealing weed from the lab and makes a deal with the cops to wear a wire to take down Simpson .Before they go into Samson's home they smoke a joint in the police van. The cops get high from the second hand smoke. The cops tell them to say abracadabra when they have bought the dope. Later in the movie Samson discovers that Thurgood is wearing a wire and is about to kill them. They scream abracadabra into the wire but the cops are high from second-hand smoke and busy mocking Thurgood. A fight breaks out and Brian throws the pouch he bought earlier on the ground. The ghost of Jerry Garcia emerges and hits Samson with a guitar, knocking him out. The police then rush in and recover all the drugs and arrest Samson. Thurgood, Brian, and Scarface's deal with the police and they finally get Kenny out of jail.

Harold and Kumar go to White Castle
In this film Harold, who is an investment banker who always gets taken advantage of by his co-workers on doing their work, and his roommate Kumar, who in the begining is interview for a top medical school but screws it up by answering his phone and talking about getting high right in front of the professer. These two bestfriends who both smoked marijuana, get the massive munchies and when they see a commericial for white castle and decide they would go for a road trip to get some of their tiny burger. When they get to where the white castle should be they find out that it was moved to a town called Cherry Hill . After driving for awhile Kumar starts losing his high and sugest they make a stop to pick up some more. Further on Kumar leaves the car door open when he gets out to take a leak and a racoon climbs in and ends up biting Harold. They end up at the hospital where Kumar's father and brother work. He then steals their id badges so he could get medical marijuana but after being mistaken for his brother and performing surgery on a patient who was shot he is told that the hospital didnt have any medical marijuana.
While driving Kumar stops to pick up a hitchhiker, ignoring Harold's reasons as to why not to pick him up. They realize the hitchhiker is really Neil Patrick Harris who is all high on Ecstasy and was thrown from a car. They make a pit stop at a convenience store and on their way out they see Neil Patrick Harris stealing there car. Later in the movie Harold gets arrested by a racist cop, but Kumar comes and breaks him out and they grab the weed and run into an escaped cheetah who they ride after they all get high (including the cheetah). After more wild journeys they finally reach White Castle only to realize they didn't have any money but thankfully Neil Patrick Harris shows up pays for the meals, and gives them $200 for the "love" stains in the backseat of their car. This movie ends when Harold professes his love for Maria and they kiss. Unfortunately, she is leaving to visit Amsterdam. Kumar convinces Harold to go with him to Amsterdam, reminding him that marijuana is legal there.
The last movie from our all time weed movies
Ivy league professer Bill Norton gets an unexpected call saying that his twin brother Brady was murdered by a crossbow. He hasnt been to him hometown of Oklahoma since he left years ago and hasnt even talked to his family since then. He drops everything and flies back to attend his brothers funeral but quickly realize that his brother is still alive and that Brady had lured him down there so he could help him with taking down the local drug lord. At first Bill thinks his brother is insane and get angry at him but after hanging out with him and smoking some pot he slowly changes his mind. Brady wants his twin brother Bill to pretend to be him while Brady goes off and performs what he calls a hate crime.
No one suspects that Bill isn't Brady because the drug lord didn't know that he had a twin brother but when Bill went to visit his mother who lives in a retirement home and hasn't seen her son since he left home, she realizes right away that that's not Brady but doesn't say anything at first. At the end of the movie Brady and Bill conduct their hate crimes but unfortunately only one of them survives. You'll have to watch the movie to see which one lives and which one dies.
