Smoking pipe resin

After you smoke your pipe for a while over time or maybe in just a few smoking sessions a thick tar like resin will build up from your bud. This is almost pure concentrate and if collected in the right way, it can be saved to smoke another day or if needed right away. You can clean out the resin from the pipe in many ways but pretty much using any small thin and narrow object will work. If you are using a metal pipe one way is to shove a paper inside and push it around to get it socked with resin, this generally works good with wet runny resin. If the resin is thick and gel like then just scrape it out and let dry and smoke away. If you have not cleaned your pipe in a very long time then it surely will have lots of resin, enough for many smoking sessions. So when you have run out of your favorite herb just smoke the resin from inside the pipe. The problem with trying to smoke runny resin right away without a paper is it doesn't light well and you will just end up wasting it. The only way you can smoke runny resin right away is by using a paper. Even the thick resin from a pipe should have at lest 30 minutes to dry out for the best results.
